MixJudge ("we", "the tool") is an AI-assisted music mix analysis and critique service. This page explains what data we collect and how it is used.
To use MixJudge, you need to create an account via:
We collect your email address and, depending on the method chosen, the public name associated with the account you use to sign in. Authentication is handled by our provider Supabase.
The audio files you upload are analyzed directly in your browser. The audio file itself is never sent to our servers or stored by us.
To generate the written critique, a summary of numeric technical measurements (level, frequencies, tempo, etc. — not the audio file) is sent to Anthropic's API (Claude), our AI provider, in order to produce the report text.
To enforce the usage limits of your plan (free or paid), we keep a log of the number of critiques generated, associated with your account and timestamped. This log contains no audio file and no data about the content of your tracks — only the fact that a critique was requested, and when.
We use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in between visits. We also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages visited, visitor origin, general statistics) — this data is aggregated and does not personally identify you. You can clear this data at any time through your browser settings, or block Google Analytics with an ad/tracker blocker.
We do not sell your data. It is shared only with the providers necessary for the service to operate:
